And If I just do wide grip?

Its wide grip they do. I watched it on their website.

they target different muscle groups its better to do all of them narrow grips works mroe forearm bicep tricep etc wide works bakc shoulders etc

Ah thanks man. I shall do that then. I have been doing different sit ups and push ups. Then stuff that works your legs.
