Well OK then:

This morning I had a wonderful bowl movement due to eating too many smarties and life savers and a potato for extra body. It flew out mostly on its own. Do I accompany these posts with pics?

Working at home today to try avoid catching swine flu from the scumbag people in the office who come to work sick.

Then off to Ballito in the morning :D (assuming the swine flu test I had taken yesterday comes back clean)
