Wonderful... we now have to fill in a register everyday, what time we come in and what time we leave all thanks to the useless attorney chick
A mixture of facts and over exaggeration. That article is also quite old and new research will give you a better understanding.
I'm a vegetarian of sorts (no meat, no dairy), so perhaps you'll note my bias, but generally speaking, milk in large quantities probably isn't good for you - kinda like eating a slab of chocolate, or glugging 2 litres of beer a day isn't good for you, or anything in over-consumption.
For me, dairy products make me fat and screw with my digestion. I'm aware of the supposed long-term health side-effects, but haven't read enough research to say i'm sure about it.
Milk is also proven to be a good source of certain proteins and can augment certain diets and exercise plans.
But here's the trick, humans really should put way more thought and research into what we eat due to the direct long-term impact our diet has on our lives. If you are washing down a box of Oreos with a litre of milk, the swapping out milk for a rice substitute won't make much difference.
Czech people would disagree with you.
