we have a guy that normally looks at the car when we have an issue but for the service we had to send it to an actual "service center"

but the usual guy looked at it now and he said something in the lines of one of the new water pipes they fitted, leading to the engine, wasn't put in correctly, which caused more pressure in the radiator, which caused it to break.
