It looks like KofDelight brought us another potential ban-hammer victim. :p

Lol, suggest you use the quote button. Unconscious/dead, either way non responsive.
How can you say that? I at least like a pulse

Most of the pic inserts in this "thread" is potentially life scarring material. Or maybe that's just the vibe that I (and my other 3 personalities) get.

so much lolies at your sig

Glad you're here, dude. I think you're the guy that told me about the "park 'n ride" service for concerts at FNB? Have you used it or do you just know about it?

Or anybody that is familiar with it. I want to use a park 'n ride for the Bruce Springsteen concert and I want to know how exactly it works.

The basics are get to parking lot and you should see the bus at the entrance. The last one I used was well signed but it depends who is working that day. Also check with the driver on departure times after the concert, you don't want to miss that. I've only used day park and rides though, if its a concert at soccer city we use the train.

you basically buy ticket for the bus service form computicket and then you go to the area they deisgnated and leave your car there and catch the bus to the stadium they will then drop you back of there after the show. We are doing it on a booze buss however

aye that was me i havent used it myself but i know a few friends that have basically you park your car at a shopping mall (northgate menlyn etc) then you get on the bus and it takes you to the stadium drops you off then takes you back to the shopping mall

Used it a couple of time to get to Ellis Park. Just pitch on time at place where bus departs from (this place normally has ample parking for your car). You normally get an armband when you go on the bus. Bus drops you off at event, and then like the other guys said, make sure about departure times and make sure you are there on time. Bus then takes you back to where you got on.

Edit : most of these services require you to purchase your ticket in advance online.

Enjoy it Beaver - that's the first and last time you'll hear that in here.

What would you like to know?

OK, I want to catch the bus from the Cocacola dome/Northgate. They say the bus runs "from 14h00 to 16h00". Does that mean I can pitch at 15h30 and be ok? (don't want to go to the stadium at 14h00 altready)
What I also want to know, is what happens when they drop you off at the stadium? Do they pick you up at the same place they drop you off? Do all the buses stop at the same place (in other words, should I take special care to get on the correct bus).

Sorry, I'm very anal about these type of things, but in my defense, it has saved me a world of trouble on numerous occasions.
