She seems to be having real issues thinking creatively causing me to fight the temptation to shout:
"WE DID THE EXACT SAME FUCKING THING YESTERDAY, HOW CAN YOU NOT FUCKING KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING?!"
This is compounded by asking her to solve a simple issue and the looking over 5 - 10 minutes later and realize she is flopping about like a fish out of water when we've done it multiple times.

It really gets on my nerves when you spend time with people to better themselves and then realise that it might be a massive waste of time. I tried helping this one dude for more than a year, until I eventually realised that he isn't getting better and it is affecting my workload and personal time...so I left him to his own devices and he was dropped within a month.

Yeah, She's only been doing it for a month while I've been doing it for almost 3 years so I expected some level of her not knowing everything but FFS use you common sense, show me how you follow the logic through to its conclusion.
Unfortunately as I am her Manager shouting is not an option.

I have a massive problem with patience. Not knowing everything is fine, but if I've shown you twice, you have to know it...end of story.

Most of them probably didn't have a pay rise riding on it. I've been told I need to be more positive as other people in the office look up to me, not just my trainee but other junior devs etc. I have a review in march and in June, if I manage to be more positive in the higher ups eyes then I get pay bump. So Im avoiding anything that can be seen as negative and making my new trainee cry like a little bitch coz she cant think for her self would definitely be considered negative (Unfortunatly).
I agree but have had to accept that not everybody learns at my blinding pace.

die eerste week in maart - glo my ek harrass alles en almal om uit te vind oor die tax boek. Die een plek se hulle het stock, dan se hulle nee hulle het nog niks gekry nie.
