Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls pre-order goodies revealed

I was thinking of pre-ordering the expansion but Diablo has already stolen so many hours of my life that I think I may have to skip it. I don't get time for anything else when I'm playing D3.
 
They're not that great, also didn't know that Heroes was going to use a LoL style business model. I stopped pre-ordering games ages ago, while blizzard is better than a lot of devs out there, none of them have enough of my trust to justify purchasing a product before it's even released.
 
Wow! Must go pre order now so that i can get a character in a game im not even guaranteed to beta test that i may never even play, that your actually giving me as an incentive to buy the game when it comes out...

yeah if it was like the core D3 i would have bought it paid R800 for that Col ed and you got some real cool things with it with the Exp it's all vanity so i'll skip paying a grand for something that has no touchy feely item like diablo's skull in the Core game so i'll only get the vanilla one

Me too, just annoying that the wings don't have like a exp bonus. Even the helmet that you got with the console version of D3 had a exp bonus and wasn't as useless as a pair of golden wings.
 
To me this is actually shouting that Heroes of the storm is going to possibly be a pay to unlock other heroes :(

It is rumoured that they will use a system similar to LoL.

Edit: sorry it's just a rumour.

They haven't officially said anything about how they are going to monetise Hereos of the Storm, but I would also fear a "pay to unlock heroes" scheme.

I'll definitely be trying it, but Dota 2 will remain king :P
 
Not really bothered about the Pre order nonsense even though I have the game pre ordered for both me and the gf.
I am just really stoked to play this, after blizzard finally gave in and gave us what we wanted :D
 
Damnit. I think I'm going to pre-order. Seeing the patch notes and everything just makes me want to play it again. I'll wait for the expansion though.
