Titanfall - PC (Yes it works and the download is not 50 gig)

Hi

Just thought I'd backup the articles written a few days ago with a bit of extra info.

1) The download is about 17GB, Origin downloader reports 50GB and yes thats the final size but you download the audio compressed and it uncompresses afterwards. (Audio comprises of 35GB of the game)

2) Latency in DBN on afrihost business uncapped about 200ms

3) Yes it works

4) No you dont feel the lag when playing.

I think its the no local server issue. Sure you can play with a higher ping, but its not optimal.

Also thinking of getting it...BF4 is starting to irritate me...

Ye, but we play on non-optimal gameplay here all the time. A large portion of the online games are on international servers. I know things like WoW are less latency sensitive, but games like dota2 are playable, not maybe the best ever, but its never made me not want to play. Maybe its because I dont really play FPS online, so I wouldn't know from that point of view.

After the backlash about the download size because they did not compress the audio files.Do you have a us account since SA accounts gives you a different message.
