So i went to the Chiro yesterday and i have bruised both my Sacroiliac joints.

So no wild sex or easy movement for me for the next few days :(

I am off home for the day, have a good one guys.

Roomys - I will think of you, I have had that before, its bloody painful, and there are no real comfortable positions to sit in or sleep in
