There are a lot of contracts there and you can learn a substantial amount from just reading through some of them.

now, one or 2 pointers
- the purpose of a contract is to have a binding agreement that can be enforced if someone doesn't do their part, otherwise, there would be no need for one in-game :)
- keep the contract simple, the admins don't want to read through a 2 page dribble story to resolve any issues
- cover all your bases and think carefully about this (what if the citizen dies? what if the citizen is banned? what if Mr X wants to get out of the contract?)
- be sure to mention very specific dates and times that actions need to be performed

Awesome man, thanks for that ...... basically I just want it in place more for keeping peoples shares and whatnot in place. It's in no way a 'trust-in-them' thing.

zamrg, is there any way I could twist your arm with a payment to draft us a contract outline?
 
Thats much better :) Simple and to the point, but maybe too simple.
But to the point, also need to state who can spend the money etc... :confused:

I agree with MH on this, maybe its easier to let someone else do this ;P
 
I'm no contract expert but I could give it a shot.

You need to send me your business plan, who would be involved and basically outline detail which should be included.

I can then draft it up as terms in the form of a contract.

PS: no I won't take your money, but I'd appreciate if you couple buy 1 or 2 eLottery tickets :)
 
Sweet .....

I'll try get together a final list of who the shareholders are going to be within the next week or two (if any, lol), what their input is going to be, etc and send it to you :)
 
And probably if you get paid a certain amount each week.How much you invested into the company initially etc.. Headache :p
 
Break it down like:

Org Head - Mephisto_Helix
Invested - 100 Gold

Shareholder 1 -

And have Bi-weekly profit payouts of which 25% has to be ploughed back into the Company. Also have to decide if we are all gonna work for the Company we own or not.
 
So technically the Mep Corp will act as a GM and we still work. But if you own a company you don't go to work, and receive the profits of the company right?
I think im confuzzling myself here :confused:
