I would go with infinity ward, but COD4 is too realistic for dukes character.
The most i would compare with is Epic, since they are also over the top, and since it IS thier engine maybe they could finish it...
Otherwise there's no many developers that can still pull off the over-the-top action.
I'd say Epic games, hands down!!
Though both Valve and Infinity wards are Great Developers neither one of their styles is particularly duky. Yes epic could maybe pull it off but i dunno. I think Take2 should rehire the dev deam that was "let go" by 3D Realms and let them finish it, but give them a very strict deadline. Also the guys who made Serious Sam would do an interesting job as Serious Sam and Duke are similar in alot of ways.
