They say they are still awaiting the shipment either today or tomorrow, if it gets there tomorrow we can only expect it like monday :eek:
Better not ... I asked for a courier delivery. I'm not in Cape Town from Saturday onwards - I'm on holiday :(

Well ... if I get a notification that its there and I need to wait for delivery, I'd rather just drive down there and fetch it myself. I'm just peeved that they don't reply to my e-mail ... their customer service seems to have gone downhill a bit lately.

I sent them another e-mail now. If I have nothing by Friday I'm going to storm their office building and do ... something.
It'll be bad ... whatever it is :p
Finally got a message from Take 2.
Apparently - their supplier is suffering from stock problems, and the stock will only be arriving over the course of the next two weeks, during which deliveries will take place on a first ordered, first served basis.
Any outstanding orders (those for which they don't have stock) will be cancelled :(
So I just hope I was quick enough.
My question is, how can they put a special like that in place without ensuring that they'll have the stock needed to cover it? Idiots!! :mad:

Just as a matter of interest, what is this forums stance on trading Anime resources?
Probably can't blame them for the stock shortage, that's from the supplier's end. However, I do blame them for not bothering to inform me of what's happening.
I don't see why I need to send 2 e-mails and phone twice before getting a solid answer out of them :mad:
