Well back to Anime....I've just finished watching Full Metal Panic? Fumoffo last night and must honest say that I enjoyed it more than Full Metal Panic!. Tonight I'll start with the Second Raid.

The have regular meets and welcome all anime fans.

For the people in cpt, I am more than happy to arrange a get together and I can trade some anime, about 80 dvd's full of anime fansubs. :D

I don't know if this has been suggested, but how about starting a thread about terrible anime that you've watched and why you thought it was so bad? I've seen more then enough anime that i didn't bother watching the rest of. All i see is threads of favourite animes.

I never really bothered with movies expect Vexille, Pokemon and Ah! My Goddess so I'll be sure to check those ones out. :)

Neon Genesis Evangelion (Still trying to get my head round final episodes and film)
Ruruoni Kenshin OVA's (Still haven't watched the series)
Full Metal Alchemist

The first 3 actually got me into anime.
Plus they all have heavy emotional scenes in all of them, left me with some hectic feelings.

YOU MUST GET THE SERIES!!! By far the best Samurai series out there. The last OVA (Reflection) is one of my favourites. The animation was beautiful.

These are perfect examples of what happens when you create Animes from incomplete Mangas. They either end abruptly (like Berserk) or have rushed endings cause they strayed from the manga storyline (like FMA).

The Berserk anime barely covers 10% of the Berserk manga, which isn't even finished yet btw.

Do yourself a favour, download them both and read them. You can get volume downloads of FMA here. Volume downloads of Berserk is a bit more difficult to get but the chapters you can get at StopTazmo. You'll have to register with both sites.
