Can only buy 1 InFamous 2 or L.A Noire what should i get?
In my opinion , I would rather go for L.A. Noire , personal preference.
I would go with Infamous 2, L.A. Noire got to repetitive for me after a while.
L.A. Noire is a great game but has no replay value.
inFAMOUS 2 without a doubt. L.A. Noire gets repetetive and boring real fast while inFAMOUS 2's open world has a shitload of stuff to do. It also has great replay value.
Amen to that.. I bought LA Noire and was a little disappointed... So yeah.. Go for infamous 2!:DQuote:

With the whole PSN thing that was one of the games you could get for free. But I think that is over, so it might be a good idea to get infamous 2 because there is a half price voucher inside for the first game.Quote:

Infamous 2 Hands down, best game I've played in a long while.
while i haven't played either game, i have played infamous 1 and based on that alone i'd go for infamous 2 all the way
I actually enjoyed L.A. Noire, but it is not everyone's cup of tea! If you want to try something new, then I would really recommend L.A. Noire! But if you're looking for "Holy shit!" moments then I suggest InFamous 2...

I would personally say that LA Noire is my choice, because I really enjoyed it - brilliant story and really good concept to begin with! But it might not exactly be everyone's favourite kind of game but I really enjoyed it...in the end it's really up to you and what you think you'll prefer better.

LA Noire is a very good game and an interesting diversion, but yeah, it's not everybody's cup of tea. I'd suggest getting it if you're into heavy narrative and like a ton of talking sections. The game only really gets heavy on the action in the finale.
still havnt finished la noire but i played infamous 2 twice.. TWICE! never do that for any game and it was an electrifying experience :D

Is Infamous 2 any less repetitive than the first one? Yes it was a big world to run around in, but it quickly became doing more of the same.
I would go for Infamous 2 as well.
Infamous 2 plays the same but missions are a bit more varied. You get the odd mission that's just altered a bit but most of them don't feel like such a chore like they did in the first game.Quote:

InFamous2 imo. Got the plat for inFamous1 and loving 2 so far.
depends on what you like, LA Noire was amazing for me, I loved the genre and the cars and people etc, would've loved to live in those "innocent" times. Your a classic cop against the world. I would say LA Noire if you liked movies like the Black Dahlia etc
