I played Batman AS in 3D, made me nauseous after 10 mins.
Did you use nvidia's setup, or the one with those red/blue carton glasses? If it's the latter I can understand why. Trackmania has a similiar 3d option using those glasses, but the colors where terrible and made me feel sick after a few minutes. With the nvidia option, all the colours are still correct, with the added depth of field. But, I do think extended use of it will cause some people headaches.

Got this as a gift last month but it's not really something I need. I've used the unit once to make sure everything's functional, and it includes all original packaging as well as the receipt for the one year warranty.
