i just watched the video that James posted. Wow. just.....wow. the contempt. the snide remarks. the sneering, leering, jeering sarcasm. brimming with condescending contempt for their target audience.

i have never liked the verge, based purely on their half-baked reviews and shockingly inept attempts to game during the show, where they reveal there gross idiocy

I bet you they had the whole conversation and 8 hours of footage and that was all they could make out of it...

I would really rather have had Papa or Maplassie running around with a mic. :D

Have any of you actually watch The Verge? I caught an episode or two and I have no clue who it's aimed at. It sure as hell isn't aimed at gamers. I'm 37, married and have two beautiful kids. I also have a decent job and not to sound snobbish but probably make a whole lot more cash than she does. Most or my gaming buddies are in similar situations. I find it to be a joke.

She should really stick to something that she has a clue about... wait... I don't think it would be polite for me to post her talents on here.

So the cow insulted gamers. Big deal. Yesterday alone I probably insulted at least 3 execs in a company by bursting out laughing at one of their "suggestions".
(btw, when I say "burst out laughing", I should probably preface it with "was busy sipping some coffee" and append with "sent coffee spurting from nasal orifices all over the table")

But yeah, it makes very little sense to insult the exact audience you're trying to attract...
