I used to play volleyball in my high school and varsity days but now I run in the early morning. Really got into the running scene and managed to finish Comrades last year, did it again this year but unfortunately I didn't make the 79km cut off.
I'm not the greatest sportsman but I don't think I could go without some form of exercise for too long.
no one plays soccer?
I do gym 3 - 4 times a week and hiking on weekends now that it's summer again.
Also swim whenever get access to family or friends pool's, loooove swimming.
Used to be heavily into my sports, - gymnastics, athletics, dragon boating for a short while, paddle skiing, hiking and mountain biking.
I miss doing club type sports though. Going to be starting a zumba class next week to check it out and want to expand from there now that feel fitter again.
Never been much of a super healthy eater, I try keep it as balanced as possible but enjoy food too much to actually really make a effort. Got a nice set up now that seems to be working very well so sticking with it. Small portions, decent frequent meals and occasional snacking.

I've just recently started my own program based on the above book. Highly recommended, my dad actually got me into it since my sporting habits have declined to a grinding halt, even though I really enjoy racket sports and cross country cycling.
The difference is I'm not doing it to impress girls or to "be ripped bro", I've decided to do it for my own health and lead a better lifestyle. It's nice to see people in this community are like-minded in things outside of gaming. :)
edit: also I work for a health company so I got no excuse lol
Do gymming about twice a week, three times if i'm not too lazy.
Also try getting some cardio in the early morning as often as possible, although it's a mission for me to get up at such an ungodly hour, so i tend to skip that a lot of the time :o
YEAH!! SA gamers are machines!
I have been surfing since I was 13 every single flippin day(unless the beaches are closed) for at least an hour per session. When the waves are real good and I have the time I just never get out. During the week I surf before and after work. every day. Its my life.
If any of you are ever in East London and keen to go for a surf, let me know.:) seriously.
I am a lazy person, who watches television every evening and eats a lot. I also love and drink lots of beer, and I am a smoker. I am 31, of perfect health and quite skinny. Lucky me...
I have joined the gym 3 times, and lost the membership all 3 times from not going enough times during the year. I hate exercise... If I could play golf every day of my life though... I would be fit.
