A quick reminder of the rules:
1. One post in this thread - which must contain the name of your game, as well as the link to the game on Exclus1ves - any additional posts gets you booted, and you'll have to beg James to let you in again
2. You need to post at least 10 times during the week (Mon - Fri) - spamming your way to 10 posts will not be tolerated and will get you disqualified
3. Entries close at 11AM on Friday (I stop counting posts at that point as well)
4. Give at least a 2 week gap between winning and entering again
5. Entrants need to be resident of South Africa

I think that shadowfox should, along with the list of qualifiers, just give the number of qualifiers for the week so that we all know what probability we stand of winning. For instance: "there were 73 qualifiers so we each have just over a 1,2% chance of winning this week."

What do you think?

Would be nice and 1.2% is a low chance of winning that one person or many would never win ever even if they try every week.

I keep track of the entries in a text file - I would have to physically count and calculate the entries, which would be a tremendous pain. And time consuming, and this little excercise takes long enough as it is.

Although - I'll think about it a bit and see what I can do. I don't really see the point, to be completely honest, but if it makes you feel better ....

If it's a normal text file, you can import it into excel. Which will make your life a tad better... LOL

If it text file and there only on entry per line then just give amount of lines ?(that should equal the amount of entries)

Try counting about 70 plus lines in a flat text file .... I dare you :D

As Fabio said, importing into an Excel sheet is the best way, which will be a viable option once I get a machine that doesn't freeze up the minute I open any kind of application (which with any luck will be arriving later today)

you don't have to count them. What tool do use for the text file i assume notepad? if yes just add a status bar and it will tell you what line you are at. no need to count.

I don't think you guys should be asking shadowfox to do more work :)

It's not that difficult to take the final list and bomb it into excel and do the percentage chance of winning calculation yourselves if it interests you.
