I've been playing Quake 1 enhanced lately because I felt like some nostalgia.
It's still as great as ever, but looks how you probably remember Quake 1, instead of how the original would look if you launched it today without any modifications (if you know what I'm saying xD).

I also can play that game over and over. The final fight was really one the best IMO.
we can have some d!match in quake1/q3a/quake live. I do however suggest if you want to learn above normal tricks then get q3a + defrag mod.
Man sometimes I miss the old days of lanning with Quake
