Must say, the creation kit (Steamworks, whatever it's called) is really bringing this game back for me. I was getting bored of Skyrim (about 70 hours in) and am now able to enjoy it again (new items to craft, new places to visit, minor dislikes fixed (like house markers on the map)
If you find that your in-game voume in Skyrim is softer than normal, try this:
"on the control panel
> hardware and sound
> sound menu
select your speakers (realtek high definition audio for me) then
> properties
> then go to enhancements tab > and check the loudness equalization, then re-launch skyrim, and check for differences on audio"

Maybe you should first look at the UI before installing the mod so you can get that awesome feeling of seeing it become 100x better.
