I will def be tracking down frost level 2. I use Marked for death & Unrelenting force often the rest not so much. I have a perk that slows time when I zoom the aim of my bow, meaning I can fire multiple arrows before whatever is chasing me gets with it melee range.

The same here. If you have an ATI/AMD card there is a new update available that fixes some issues with Skyrim, BF3, Rage & Batman: AC - linkie.

Also check out SkyrimNexus there are some mods that might help and they also have an active community that might help with a solution.

If you havent already track down the Frost form Shout its epic. Freezes ur target solid taking them out of the fight for almost a minute and it damages health. The wall is close to the shire ontop of that mountain behind Windhelm.

If you have XFire, Raptr or some other overlay running, disable it.

To try it out I froze 2 goats running away from me, was hilarious watching them tumble down the hill frozen stiff.

So about the little no-clip HAX that could get you a few glimpses of Cyrodiil and Morrowind...went onto another site that I monitor and saw this guy playing with it, taking a few steps further.

Disabling xfire helps slightly, doesn't crash as much but the issue is still prevalent.
