Yeah, i remember a long tall tower, and at the top a monster or something that changes it's immunity.. immune to physical I think, and every round it changes it magic immune. I mainly had physical attack char so... i couldn't cast enough spells to kill it. I got frustrated and moved along :(Quote:

Ruby Weapon and Emerald Weapon were tough and the rewards you get for killing them were not really all that great. I received a gold chocobo for killing the one, but a gold chocobo is needed to get the best summoning in the game and you cant kill them without it... kinda defeats the point if you ask me...
yeah i remember the tower kefka gave me a goood beating countless times but he fell to my blades and magics so it's all good yknw. and as for the weapons i'm yet to breed a gold chocobo but it's still an awesome feat to accomplish so hats off to you guy. omnislash kicks butt indeed

I have found often that whichever Final Fantasy a person played first is quite often their favourite. Played 8 initially on PC, then 7, then emulated 9 and then some older ones as well.
As much as I don't like to follow general consensus, FF7 is my fav, followed by FF9.
