PS Vita not planning PS2, PS3 game compatibility

PS Vita: No plans for PS2, PS3 game compatibility

Not yet, anyway.

It's over 9000!

I am not really surprised here. I think that someday they will expand on this. But I don't really have faith in anything happening with PS2 and any other PlayStation device. Just looked at the PSN PS2 library on the PS3 today, looked terrible.

To be fair, the PS2 library on the PSN was only recently started (like in the last 6 months or so) and only a few games have been added thus far.

I suppose...but I think that it could have been fleshed out a little better than the state it is in now...There are only 27 titles in there. 6 months is not that bad for more titles.
