Where is my 4 mbps to 10 mbps upgrade?
I just cannot understand why Telkom do this their exchanges are so busy and under capacity, but nooo we must run before we can walk.....

I am sure after they upgrade all the DSlams to that new name I never remember then you will have it, as I am also waiting for 10MB connection I was it badly i even told them I pay more for it.Quote:

Yes! What happens with my "Fastest" 4Mbps that I have been paying Megabucks for for the past few years although only achieving <1.7Mbps down and <400kbps up....?????Quote:

Jeepers people, spare a thought for the poor dudes at 384k! The majority of you are worrying about reaching the elusive 10mbps - a valid point - but really, I personally think upgrading the 384k customers is way more important!
Internet at that speed is just ridiculous.
