Quite possibly yes.

We have been on the server for about a month, but we put on clan tags in the last week or so.

So it depends on how you look at things. I have seen other clans on the server, I don't take note of them though =/

We have noticed a bunch of [NH] guys on the server, maybe it's them you are referring to? (Unless it happens to be you)

At least, with an engine tailor made for the game. ARMA II's game engine is really so bad. Can't bring myself to play it with the shoddy character control.

Dude part of the charm of DayZ is the horrible controls, engine technicalities and the frustrations that go with it.
Not saying WarZ is going to be crap, I am VERY much loomking forward to it, but it's a very dumbed down experience to TRUE survival as to what DayZ offers.

I dunno. I'm excited for WarZ, but I highly doubt it will be able to hold up against DayZ. Their map is really sucky. Basically a giant forest with one small city. It also immediately loses out on the mil-sim part by not actually being built on a mil-sim. Most of DayZ's charm comes from being built on a mil-sim.

I'll play WarZ, but they've got a long way to go if they want to be better than DayZ.

I get a heavy Left 4 Dead feeling from that gameplay vid. The item highlighting, the Trees, the Flashlight. Looks very Left 4 Dead. Not saying it's a bad thing though :D

Again as stated above. The technicalities of the ArmaII engine, the non fluent controls, the irritating inventory interface everything just all add to the formula of what makes DayZ special.

If DayZ was a mod based on a less technical and more user friendly engine, it would not have become this popular, I can almost guarantee it.

Dunno if you guys have seen it yet, but they released a gameplay video of WarZ a while back.
