You are not wrong the sense that violence does fall under the same category as sex and nudity in gaming. Rating systems are there for a reason and measures to ensure that the right content gets pushed to the right ages should be improved. Simply clicking a button and choosing your own age is not going to cut it.

Kids also should not be exposed to violence or any other subject matter that falls outside their maturity group. That has also been insinuated earlier in this thread.

But if you are an adult and can deal with it, so be it...
