I've already tried defragging. And my pc was formatted a few days ago. I don't think I could gather up enough clutter in a few days to make the game load 5-7 mins per map, but thanks for the suggestion! :)

5-7 minutes is just way, way too long, though. Mine normally loads up in 2 or 3 minutes, 4 if I'm really unlucky.
Excatly! I should also also be getting around 2-3 mins load time based om my rig specs

Thanks for all the help guys but I fixed the problem....I loaded it onto my friends insanely fast ssd and tested it on my rig loaded under 1 min and maps about 50 seconds So I think I'm going to buy me an ssd at rage this year
Again thanks for all the help,

Cool, might I suggest a 120GB, unless you are absolutely sure you can survive on a 60GB. I have a 60GB vertex 2 and with Windows and Battlefield 3 (24.1GB), I am left with 11GB.
The following is what I would recommend you:
OCZ Agility 4 128GB 2.5" SATA6G SSD - R1,036
Thanks yeah I was thinking of getting me an 128 gb 60 is just way to smal.thanks for the link l ill be looking into that one :)
