but surely part of her job description is to manage incidents like this on the forum or at least try give closure to the clients being wronged all i know is i am definitly not getting anything from cna online that much is guaranteed after this

Firstly, let me start by apologising for the radio silence from me regarding this Metal Gear fiasco. I understand all the anger and frustration that came from the no delivery of the game on launch day.
Now, I could have come online and said that Trevor Philips and Michael De Santa were at it again, or even worse, give some robotic response about us being “aware of the problem and looking into it” but that wouldn’t have helped with the complete anger felt by you. Instead, I ran around (literally) trying to figure out what actually happened so that I could provide you with something of value.
The truth is, the supplier delivered the stock to CNA late and we were not made aware of any possible delays…. This all snow-balled into a complete mess with us only receiving our shipment on the afternoon of launch day.
Woooooh…. before you jump at me again…I do understand that our supplier issues are not your problem. You gave CNA your money and trusted CNA to deliver the game on launch day and we didn’t. For that I am truly sorry. My team did try everything to minimise the effect it would have on you.
We will do everything we can to make sure that this does not happen again.
Once again, I am really sorry about this and if there is anything I can help with, please let me know.
To give people peace of mind write a post to say that you will do your utmost to see what's going on. It's good that you ran around but nobody knew that which makes people doubtful and worried. :) It's great that now afterwards you posted but people needed a robotic response to feel reassured. Or not even a robotic one. Just something like:
"What? I can't believe that you guys haven't gotten the pre-orders! I will go find out what happened and will let you know shortly."
