I swear this is BULLSHIT. I can make a WAY better website and I'll only charge R130 million ;) fair price if you ask me. The guy didn't put in allot of effort and LOOK at what his skin colour brought him. Effin R140 million.
A banks site can cost R12 million but a government department can spend 10 times that. If you ever wondered how Pravin could save 10 billion start here.
