ASUS, Gigabyte world’s most popular motherboards

ASUS and Gigabyte shipped over nine million motherboards in Q1 2013.

I don't own any more Asus or Gigabyte stuff, Their quality has sunk so low as of late.
The only thing I would still recommend are Asus GPU's.

At the top of the list ASRock, Its almost impossible to beat their boards, incredibly good value for money, great quality, great warranty.
That's personal preference and what I would recommend.

I have to agree with you on that one. Gigabyte has also gotten expensive these days.
