It's horrible to think there are people out there like that.
I reckon they should build prisons like the Vestre Faengsel in Denmark where its quite a few stories high and all the prisoners are kept at the top. Save on landspace on stop the buggers from escaping since if they do its normally a plummet to their deathsQuote:
