Haha, I'm not really obsessed with melee. I just prefer stealth / high dps classes, which usually tends to be melee. My main in Aion was a ranger and i liked that class. Just feels to me that the bard in this game is more of a support than a pure damaging class.

In 4 mans you are pure dps unless you have a new healer and they need mana. Apparently we do more help during raids later on. I havent needed to use my mana song much at all so far. Its also why I am getting my lancer up, with the lancer and ranger skills and the bonus of the pugilist, You get some lovely dps boosts.

Sorry i wasn't on so much tonight,i found help with the leves and am now able to do ones in Limsa Lominsa.

Didn't feel so well so i will go look for a mount tonight.

Later this week I really need to start leveling up my thaumaturge. I really am finding I need that instant cast on my scholar. Having to move more than should be needed in some boss fights because of the sync issues causes a lot of interrupted/no heals.

Can somebody list gear that's over lvl50?

So far it seems that you can repair gear 10 lvl's higher then your disciple of the hand lvl (lvl30 armorer can for example repair lvl40 gear- while lvl40 armorers can repair lvl50- gear)

Ohh,dankie.

So you need to be at least 10lvls's under the gears 'required' lvl,not 10lvl's under the level of the gear itself to repair it with the appropriate disciple of the hand.

It would be impossible to be 10 levels under certain gear, seeing as how the highest I've seen is level 90.
