Ummm as far as I know the cops must catch you in possession of the drug. Anyway this guy seems as if he had a nice excuse to use his muscles on smaller guys than him. I doubt he would have done anything if the people were his size or bigger. He is a knob.

Yeah the chances of the kids getting any sort of punishment for weed is remote, and it would be very light. I doubt the cops would try to prosecute. Shane on the other hand should get the full might of the law, and those kids should press charges. Its not ok to just go around punching okes for no real reason. That dude who hit his head on the sink easily could've died. Its that simple.
Some people just don't have much clue about the law regarding weed ........ It's hard to charge a dealer sitting with a pound of the shit ffs, you think anyone is gonna give any fucks at all about a joint that was maybe on a video and that some absolute smallballed chop may have kept a roach of? I have been in situations like these when the stance on weed was more hardcore than it is now and even then it was not a massive thing. And that was when they caught you with it, not days later.

Well yes, I don't know how shane assumed that they were smoking weed, but if he is correct then the cigarette is the proof that they were smoking weed. He handed the joint to another guy , which is presumably a real bouncer. He must have surely shown it to management because the 3 guys were banned from the club. We don't know any hard facts except that he beat the s**t out of them, the obvious thing to assume here is that the management kept the joint. There must have been a small investigation into this as one doesn't just let something like this slide.Quote:
