Doesn't mean their level of training will be on par with the royal marines just by the way by january I am going for my interview to join the royal marines.

Well isreal as a state hasn't been around that long and hasn't been in major wars like the british. Royal marines are volunteers not conscripts so their training won't be the same.
Its not hard to get into the idf.

The british fucked things up for the germans during ww 2 russians finished the germans off. The americans only got involved near the end of the war.

IIRC, the only requirements are that the candidate is at least 18 and still breathing. It's mandatory anyway.

Nope the age starts at 16. For the british army you have to be physically fit,mentally stable,healthy.

I have friends from both armies.

The best trained soldiers in the world are the SAS, I believe that everything else is minor in comparison, second to that I would have to say the US Force Recon division. Either 2 of these sorts come at me, I'm backing the fuck off. Besides, the US have the best toys in the world for the warfare for sure, but it makes them better at it. Think about it this way, would u reach ur potential playing on laptop from 2005 or with the gaming rig u have now? With ur cool gaming mouse and awesome keyboard?? No u wont, so u need to consider that even their worse soldier with his gear will run circiles around our army units, I mean I live 1km away from a base here in CT, and they send their soldiers to the same place we buy our groceries... Overweight dumbass motherfuckers that would jump and hide at the first sign of shit. I have had a chat with one of them (obv this is his word and not mine so dont hold me to it) and he told me, they get paid R14k to be there, they do nothing till 11am, have class (which we tax payers pay for) till 1pm and go do nothing again till the next day, fitness is optional... And I think the march first morning of every week or month or some shit like that, but like no forced march, just 1km or so. In CT we have 8 working Jets, but don't have pilots skilled enough in the air force to fly them!!! So our best vs US worse... Um I think its obvious.

And to think, depending on how old u r (to me I am 26 so I was never in the military) our fathers fought and died for this military and now there is more use for used toilet paper than these idiots.
