It's a miracle!
I actually bought the Exclusive Edition for hmm I think it was R500 (?) and have forgotten about since. I can't wait to play the final version! :D
There's actually a Solitude reference in the game. Yay! Keep an eye out for Saint Solitude, appearing as a high-level monk. :D
Same thing here.
I remeber them contacting me for info. Can't remember them letting me know what they put in for me.
Let's see if I can track it down.
Edit: Found it ..

You're mentioned as "GlacieredPyro", a vegetarian vampire chef who randomly appears in a subdungeon somewhere in the Swamp region (south of the Kingdom). When players enter your subdungeon, they kill a vampire who drops a recipe scroll outlining various combinations of blood-themed plants.
A cluster of 25 random plants is nearby, and players have to chop them down in the right order to match one of the recipes and get a character buff. ;)
I met the dev at a UCT game dev talk earlier this year, game is apparently very popular in the East.
I'm keen to get this, really enjoyed the alpha (I think it was). I'm sure the game has advanced a lot since then.
I've played the beta quite a bit and it is a vast improvement.
There is a lot more stuff to do on a meta-game level which allows it to have RPG elements while still being a nice quick fix rogue like game.
I'm sure anyone who enjoyed the alpha will enjoy the final release.
I did not appreciate his desecration of the Lego pieces thrown into the bowl - such sacrilege!
Most definitely getting this game. Support SA devs.
