Groupon SA!! STAY AWAY!!

Hey Guys!

Just wanted to bring this up! Groupon SA are a bunch of monkeys! If you check out Hello Peter there is like maybe 1 like out of thousands of people! That says something to me! However I saw hello peter only after my purchase through them. Getting vouchers might not be to bad but ordering something that needs to be delieverd. Please take caution as it will take atleast 2 to 3 month to get it out of them! I'll never buy from them again as I am still waiting for some reply.. No service what so ever!!! Groupon you guys should really be ashamed of your selves as this is a disgrace!!!!!:wtf:

uhm i have bought stuff from them without a hitch.... did you check the terms and conditions of the item that you bought? cause most of their deals only get shipped once the deal ends...

I've only bought vouchers from them, no problems so far. I know a woman here at work waited like a month for a box of diapers.

onedayonly is pretty good with their deliveries

I've bought a few things from them that need shipping and they do take a few weeks to deliver, but they usually say how long, and I had the impression that Groupon themselves don't do the shipping, it's whoever is offering the deal, although I stand to be corrected on that.

The one issue we found was my wife recently ordered a pack of 6 baby books, and they only delivered 5

I placed an order with them (groupon), forgot to read the fine print and was told that it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery of my item. I got it within that time frame.

Hellopeter has another problem in itself: people hardly ever write about good service, relative to the amount of people who write complaints.

There are some, but people mostly complain on that site.

Ive never had issues with Groupon, Ive ordered stuff as well as vouchers and I have always received my items within the specified time. The only time I have had a minor issue, I ordered 2 items, only received one, groupon sorted it out for me within an hour.

The SA one does have a rep for being a bit...ugh.

I have also ordered from them, and both times the items were delivered within the specified time period.

Well then it might just be one of those days they are having. It all comes down to you first impression and due to the first item that I have ever order from them, I think that's why I feel disappointed! Non the less. Will wait in patients! Just abit upset with there customer service as via email they haven't yet replied to the 2 emails I sent them!
