I love going to the Cinema, But i always to to Fourways Mall... No idea how that Ster Kinekor stays alive, because its always empty... Like maybe 15 - 20 people in a cinema...

I'm sure she was thinking it, she was entirely in the wrong due to the fact that she spoke louder the louder the movie scene went. I must say I was impressed that I showed some control - usually I'd freak after the 3rd phone call :P

Shit happens man, this is just another level though. You get some crazy people out there.

I just can't believe the kinds of sweets they sell at the cinema. Do they intentionally look for sweets with the noisiest wrappers?!?! FFS, it makes me mad....

I've been to the drive-in twice in my life. I believe they screen some sort of movie there? I don't know, it was difficult to tell from my angle :D

No thanks. I've got a 63" TV mounted to my wall with a high quality audio system. The days of people spoiling a movie for my at the cinema are long gone.

Drive-in's rocked!

We would pack as many people as possible into a car or two and take some lawn chairs or a blanket and cushions and sit outside the car with the doors and boot open for the radio. And take a lekker picnic along, or if you park at the back, you could get away with a portable braai even.

I used to walk to one near my house when I was in school, and before that, when I was a kid, I remember they always had a playground under the screen where you could play until you noticed the pre-movie cartoon, then race back to the car.

Ah good memories. Now, if you go to a cinema, you have to pay like R200, and that's just for a popcorn and coke

Its scary expensive. Throw in some chow before hand or afterwards and for two people you're pushing R500 easy.
