Yet he has the audacity to write an article on how to spot a dude on roids. It's hilarious. His channel was taken off YouTube a while back for spam, and hoisted as a scam. Steroid Junkie had a write up about the dude, but I see it is unavailable now. But hey, follow ol' Scooby and his fedora. Whatever floats your boat. But don't bring in rubbish about doing a 3Km run, and then having enough energy to sustain a 40min high intensive weight training session. If professional athletes can do it, neither can you.

Just by the way dude, I do know what I am talking about. As previously stated, I studies this. And I've lived this for many years. Things went south 5 years ago due to personal issues, but you are assuming that because someone is on a tech forum, they know nothing.
I have worked in commercial gyms, I have done strength conditioning for the South African Hockey team, and a few SA gymnasts. I have also worked in Privately owned gyms as well. I have a leg to stand on. I don't listen to a dude that is built kiff and take what he says as science. You want a science dude, follow Layne Norton. Not "Scooby" freaking doo.
