Well it looks cool and all, but i think an IGN rating of 3 should justify why you should not buy it.
Just watching the gameplay trailer you could see that it wasnt very well made.
And so the trend of bad movie to game adaptations continues...
Damn its a Time Crisis style shooter!? I love those! So tempted despite the reviews......must. resist. full price.
time crisis was Awesome , looking at these preview this falls more in the category of abomination
What's ironic is that it's probably more fun than all the boring overhyped games by the media.

From what I saw from the first trailer it looked like a on rails shooter :-/ only good rambo game I played was rambo 3 on the sega :p
Haven't played the game, but after reading some of the reviews I feel that the game is judged unfairly. Most of the reviews just criticize the on rails shooter genre.
While I'd never play a game like this, I feel that it does have a place outside our everyday FPS space. Maybe it would have been better in an arcade though :P
Maybe it would have been better if the graphics and sound wasn't horrible, and it didn't cost nearly the same as a proper AAA game.Quote:

I don't even care. I wanna play this simply because it's Rambo. Why not just make FarCry 3 DLC with Rambo though? This would be....beyond amazing

I must say, Total biscuit was being a bit harsh with this title. His major complaint was that this game was on rails. You can't slam a game because you want it to be another genre. That's like saying crysis 3 sucked because it wasn't a real time strategy. Accept it for what it is and review it based on what they were going for. And to say that there is no place for rail shooters on the pc is nonsense. I've been looking for a good rail shooter for a long time, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. That said, this title doesn't look like the rail shooter I've been waiting for. I think it's lame that you have to disarm cops, rather than kill themQuote:
