Don't have such a negative view of humanity :p Sure we've got lots of problems, but we're still technically in our infancy as a species, still evolving. And there is a lot of good in this world, and a lot of potential for good :)
Mmmm I think if we ever stumble upon another planet with living creatures/people/aliens, the Americans will go looking for oil, the Taliban will try hijacking their spaceships to crash into shit, Europe will try taxing them to death and force a single currency on them, we really don't have much to offer them, the aussies will show them how sheep are supposed to be used, China will copy all their tech and then sell half assed versions of it...I can go on :D lolQuote:

I'm with wheelchair man on this subject. There is most probibly life everywhere in the universe as the building blocks are all over the place. In fact life never even formed on this planet we now call home, we hitchhiked on a rock.
The only question is, is there ingeligent life, or more advance than us ie survived the self desruct age. If there are the we should do everything possible to hide from those beings, cause we will be the natives in this Spanish inquisition.
The biggest problem with Fermi Paradox is that it thinks that more advance tech = instant travel. Problem with that thinking is that everything in physics tells us faster than light travel is impossible, hell matter can't even get to the speed of light.Quote:
