The easiest would be to contact the people that host the domain and ask for the email account to be reinstated on the Cpanel and then ask for a password reset.Quote:

Otherwise, if your ps3 connects to psn, you can always buy stuff and queue your downloads from the website. You can also access your download list through the account menu without actually opening the Store app
