mdk should definately get a reboot, also sonic 4 is coming out soon which will be a reboot as the game fill follow directly where sonic 3 left off in the early 90's.

I wouldnt want a reboot of Dues EX, i'll prefer a remake with a modern engine and graphics.
the Duke Nukem Series Deserves a reboot though

I want to see a quake reboot and a reboot of unreal.
