Hahaha, poor thing. You'd think they would have learned from countless other games' releases and server load. Surely they should have an estimate for number of copies sold/pre-ordered, and can extrapolate from that to ensure enough server capacity.

first day chaos, had 1 gig left on my update.

Although its not really an MMO, it is going to go through the same stresses on infrastructure that MMOs go through on day1

This is Ubisoft. They never learn.

That's the second failed AAA release in under a week. I honestly don't understand how they even work anymore.

That would be Far Cry Primal, which gave an error message on launch for most people.

It's so strange. How did they manage a massive open event with barely a hiccup and on launch everything falls apart? :/
