Probably flight. Invulnerabilty, strength, etc..these are all very cool and whatnot. But being able to just jump out of a window and fly, go wherever you want to go, whenever you want to? That kind of freedom, the exhiliration of being able to break the bonds of gravity? That's awesome.

Controlling time of course! I think thats the best and most wanted ability. Especially if you the only one with it. I see it this way if your the only one with an ability why do you want the ability to breath fire or shoot out water or ice. Time! is the best!
