Well my nick is the same everywhere... keepa34.. it seems ubisoft names are case sensitive when you search them.. so watch out for that.

Someone enabled 2 factor auth on my account yesterday....was quite a pain getting it deactivated, since to get in touch with support you have to...wait for it...LOG IN. which you cant do with 2FA. even the mail that says "if you didn't do this contact support" has a link which only sends you to login page.

kinda retarded, but yea finally sorted it out :p
