Good TV

Hey all.

I am kinda sick of playing games on my xbox with my tv thats probably around 20 inches.

What decent TV would you guys recommend?

I was looking for something around R4000-R5000 that preferably has full HD, and maybe larger than at least 32"

There are some really awesome deals out for 32" LCD's full HD at below R5k. My 32" sinotec has served me very well for the last 2 years. I'm even using it as an oversized screen for my pc now.

yea well if i was you i would save up more and buy a decent size tv. 32" is below average atm. standard is 40" :-)

Game was selling 42" LG Plasmas for R5999 last week. OK so it a was plasma, which 'm personally not a big fan of, and it was not full HD, which is or isn't a big deal, depending on which side of the Full HD argument you sit on. It was still a lot of screen real estate for a fantastic price.

I would hold out a bit, as prices seem to be coming down nicely on 40"/42" TVs lately, and specials like the above mentioned one are quite common. It may not even be too long before someone drops a special on 40-inch TVs for R4999.

Basically I can save up a little more for a decent tv, I mean especially if its going to be a 42" one...

Yeah I visted game on Sunday, and I scored a Sinotec full hd 42 inch LCD tv for R6000 :D. Hellloooo full hd xbox gaming :D
