I have a corsair h80gt liquid cooler and 3 corsair 120mm fans, what is the best solution for the corsair carbide 400c case?
Opinions on this differ.
Just make sure you raise it off the ground...lots of dust at that level

The rule of thumb is typically to ingest cold air bottom front, and exhaust hot air top and back.
So assuming your case has the required mounting points, put one fan in front, one on top, and one at the back.

I think that depends on the positioning of you pc, on or under desk on desk heat rises so a negative pressure.
Under the desk heat can get trapped by desk so you want a positive pressure to help keep that nasty hot air out.
Also the ambient temp of the air going in, cooler air positive pressure.
If you in a warm environment you want a negative pressure to move that excess heat away.
Or at least that's how see it.
Slight positive pressure just helps keep dust out, since otherwise your case is sucking in air from every nook and cranny.
