I would say Steam gifts can be sent until xmas day, I am sending my physical one this week - I would say that the physical gifts not be sent later than 15 Dec? And when you send it - please people send me tracking numbers so I can tell the person its on its way - we had a few parcels dissapear last year and I cant afford to buy extra gifts this year :D
