Have it in December. No School + lots of people are off for a week or so with nothing to do and holidays cost money.
Sadly I live in slummies, which is a bit far away. Although if it were in Dec then folks like myself would consider a trip down there. I'm not sure if December is a bit short notice for all the arrangements though.

Dependant on getting leave or possible family commitments, yes, quite probably. Will also try and get some my clan members to join.
PS Will there be discounts for clan bookings? I'm not just talking about 50 mates "organising a clan" quickly. I mean legit clans that have been around for a while and have their own website. (ok ours down currently, but that is server troubles!) :p
To me the important factors are:
horizontal resting positions
Decent food and reasonable pricing for said food
Smell! (I'll prepack a few bottles laced with dettol and toilet freshner and squirt those whom I find offensive to my nostrils.)
Games to be played specifically like BC2 and MW2. Those are the current FPS and without internet, not really going to work. I suppose Medal of Honor will take up some of those, but you get the idea.
Discounts are doubtful, but prior to the event I will be giving away 5 tickets via Tincan and the anouncement thread :p
1. Sleeping arrangements are being discussed, but, bear in mind I am paying per square meter.
2. We are finding out if we can use our own vendors.
3. I have contacted Axe and hopefully they will provide Axe samples to go in your gamer gift bag you will recieve at the door :D
4. games will be dependant on what he have available to us, next year.
Eish no showers... that is a problem. 3500 gamers + 25C room + 3 days of gaming = well u work it out...
Seriously there has to be showers that u can organize, dont overlook this. I know what a day lan can smell like at the end of the day imagine 3 lol.
When i hear guiness book of records i have horrid flash backs of 1000man lan, so much potential.
I also agree 1 entrance to funnel 3500 gamers isnt going to work, maybe 1 entrance but multiple stations to sign ppl in?
Whats the lan gonna look like (1gb?) and how are u goin to prevent it falling over with such a load?
