New Tomb Raider game officially announced

Crystal Dynamics and Square Enix have announced a Tomb Raider origins game which effectively reboots the series.

sounds suitably freaking awesome

And this gets announced while I'm in Tomb Raider mode. Can't wait! :D

Yeah. I took it upon myself to replay some Tomb Raider Games in the last couple of months and I must say I'm pretty ampt!

Is it just me or is that pic of Lara hot? :o

Does she remind anyone of Tess Mercer from Smallville? Especially the pic where she is holding the torch? If they ever make a movie, they have their real life counterpart.

I really love the Tomb Raider games and have got them all (Well most of them) and this is definitely going down in my books. I heard though that they're look at a December release next year. If that is the case then we have 2 great platforming games to play! UC3 and Tomb Raider!
